Pugs

I love pugs; they are so cute! As a pug-lover, I decided to find clothes and home stuff that feature them. I hope you enjoy the post!

Frilly pug socks: These adorable Topshop-style frilly socks are £2.50 from River Island. They are adorable and have a real pink ribbon. You would probably have to wear these with shoes that are lower than the ankle to unleash the little pug!

Flying pugs wall art: This modern, metallic twist on the flying ducks is pretty amazing. This wall art comes from notonthehighstreet.com and costs £79. This decoration is pricey, but it would make an amazing statement on a plain wall. These pugs, based on the artist's own pup, also come in black.

Pug onesie: This Kigu onesie is £39.99 and looks super-soft and not to mention comfy! I opt for Primark onsies as I prefer the designs and price, however I have friends who love the Kigu ones too.

Purse: This adorable purse is £9.99 from New Look. The neutral colour scheme would match any handbag-plus who can resist the face of an adorable pug to stash your cash?

Maroon baseball jumper: Two fashion favourites of mine are pugs and baseball tops so I'm in love with this! It comes from New Look and is £15. I would dress this up with a white or denim shirt.

Pug cookie: Awww! How cute is this? This biscuit is from Eat My Cake London and is £7; you can buy these pug biscuits via notonthehighstreet.com however, they are currently out of stock. I think that a cookie like this would be perfect for any sweet-toothed pug fanatic.

Pug balm: This balm is for hands and body, perfect for dry wintery skin. This product has a lemongrass-based scent and is £12.99 from Pugs Might Fly via notonthehighstreet.com. I would hope the quality of this product is top-notch due to the price.

T-shirt and necklace: Both of these products are from notforponies who specialise in cartoony pug clothes to the extent they have a whole page on their site, dedicated to the stock. This t-shirt is adorable and is a gorgeous soft-blue shade. The top is £22 and the cute acrylic French Pug necklace is £12.

Socks: I love these graphic print socks from River Island for £4. I own a similar pair of socks that feature cupcakes, and I find that the design is stretched and distorted when I wear them. I hope that these socks, being more expensive, will also be better quality. Like the other socks, I would sport these with shoes that are below the ankle so you can see the pug!

Pyjama bottoms: David and Goliath have a gorgeous range of pug-tastic products ranging from hats to t-shirts. I think £20 is quite a lot for a pair of pyjama bottoms, although they are adorable! However, be sure to check out the rest of the range!

Nina Nesbitt

For those of you, like me, who are totally in love with Nina Nesbitt's style-keep reading. This Scottish songstress portrays her pride with tartan pieces alongside some extremely fashion-forward garments. I have seen several Nina-inspired 'get the looks', but I decided to do my own. With a knowledge of Nesbitt's passion for tartan, cats and Nike Blazers, I searched the internet for Nina-esque bits and bobs!

please note that I do not own any pictures
I found many Nina-inspired things online, so I apologise for the jam-packed collage! I'll try to work in some sort of pattern to talk about each item and I will list where everything is from, including price.

Denim shorts: (New Look, £19.99)

Firstly, the shorts. Nina tends to pair vintage ones with black tights-a look perfect for the chilly months. To emulate her laidback style, opt for a high-waisted and distressed pair.

Cat t-shirt: (Topshop, £20) How cute is this t-shirt?! I love the tie-dye detail and the blend of colours. I would definitely pair this top with some plain trousers/skirt because it has a particularly busy design.

Black boots: (New Look £29.99) I really love these chunky boots, especially with tartan items. I think the patent material would add more texture to an outfit and you could work with the gold detailing of the boot by matching it with gold coloured accessories. Nina often adds elements of grunge to laidback, yet stylish, looks. I think these shoes are perfect to replicate this, as they would add a tougher look to a more feminine outfit.

Instax mini 8 camera: (Amazon around £54-£70ish) Nina's latest single is 'Selfies', so I thought that it would be rude not to include a cute camera. These instant cameras come in a range of gorgeous pastel shades and are perfect for on-the-go. My only concern is that ink/printing paper is quite expensive to replace.

Red lipstick: (MUA £1) MUA's lipsticks are surprisingly good quality for £1. They come in a range of wearable, everyday shades. I own a pearly pink and nude lipstick from MUA and they are firm favourites in my make-up bag. I felt like this red matched up to Nina's signature look.

Floral shorts: (New Look £12.99) I tried to channel the floral look in the bottom right picture of Nina. I love the print of these shorts and I think they are at a really fantastic price too. These shorts are perfect for Spring and Summer.

Floral skirt: (H&M £9.99) First off all, check out the price on this skirt! This item would be a fantastic wardrobe staple for every season and every occasion and is perfect for channelling Miss Nesbitt's look.

Baseball shirt: (New Look £12.99) Unfortunately, this shirt has sold out, however there are similar styles available on the New Look website that are in cute pastel shades, ready for Spring! This shirt reminded me a lot of Nina's in the top left image, which she teamed with an on-trend tartan jacket: flaunting her Scottish pride.

Nike Blazers: (Schuh £70) Nina is commonly spotted sporting these monochrome trainers; they dress down any outfit and add a sporty edge. These shoes come in a variety of colours and styles, however Nina's black blazers suit her wardrobe as they work with the busy patterns she wears.

Tartan Pinafore: (New Look £17.99) This is so cute. It would look great with a white shirt or a black top, similar to how Nina styles her tartan blazer. On the high-street, practically everything is tartan so keep your eye out for similar items!

Pork pie hat: (Topshop £25) This is quite a lot to spend on a hat, but it is a perfect way to channel your inner Nina. These hats are also available in Primark-I think, don't quote me on that! These hats add a chic twist to every outfit and come in many variations on the high-street. I have even seen one with cat ears!

LA beanie: (River Island £10) River Island stock great hats that are good quality. Of you're not really a beanie-wearer then experiment with a Primark one. Their varsity themed hats are around £3 and look pretty similar to this one. Or, for £12, you can buy an official Nina Nesbitt beanie here.

Selfie t-shirt: (New Look £7.99) New Look do fabulous t-shirts, and seeing as Nina's latest single in called 'selfies', I thought that this top was perfect! I didn't realise, but in her fan video, a girl was pictured holding up this top in the store!
